Established in 2012, we have a huge peanut butter collection that includes Dark Chocolate Creamy Peanut Butter, Creamy Cashew Butter, Hazelnut Cocoa Spread Butter, Jaggery Crunchy Peanut Butter, Creamy and Crunchy Almond Butter, and more products. We understand the concern of our customers when they consider hygiene and nutritional value, among other factors, before purchasing ready-to-eat products. Therefore, we have modern and well-equipped manufacturing and testing units. These facilities help us guarantee that our customers will receive only quality-tested, safely packed and worth their investment products.

As a customer-centric business concern, we remain transparent about our production and product quality testing process. It helps us gain the trust and positive feedback of the customers. We follow strict guidelines from material procurement to the final shipment. Our production process comprises:

• Procurement of organic and certified peanuts from farmlands, certified by Jaivik Bharat, India Organic, SGS Organic and USDA organic. Before the peanuts reach our facilities, they are tested for aflatoxin and moisture content.
• Once the peanuts are collected at our facility, they are sorted and graded as per their size. The dirt particles and small-sized peanuts are rejected.
• The sorted and graded peanuts are uniformly roasted under strict supervision. Later, the roasted peanuts are air-cooled down and blanched. 
• The roasted and blanched peanuts are once again sorted to reject over- and under-roasted peanuts.
• The peanuts are ground into a fine paste in the USA imported machine.
• The fine peanut paste or butter is freshly packed into jars and sent to the testing unit.
• Before dispatching the packed peanut butter, each pack undergoes a strict quality check that ensures our customers get freshly-made, lasting and nutritious products.

In 2002, Das Foodtech Private Limited was founded to offer peanut products. By 2013, we established our first manufacturing plant to make products such as Hazelnut Cocoa Spread Butter, Jaggery Crunchy Peanut Butter, etc. In 2015, we started a brand- Pintola, under which we started manufacturing peanut butter. Our first Pintola product was launched in 2016 on all e-commerce platforms. As a result, we became the best peanut product seller on Amazon by 2017. After a year, 2018, we became the best seller on the most prominent ecommerce platforms. 

With such progress in the industry, we entered the trading segment with our products in 2019. By understanding the market demand and trend, we refreshed our brand- Pintola, alongside the products to better serve customers. In 2021, we set up two new manufacturing units to serve our market in 90+ cities.
